Our Land Buyers Club exists for the purpose of sharing investment tips and techniques with others who enjoy investing in land. We travel a lot to do research for our newsletter and to purchase land for our own investment purposes as well as to sell at our private land auctions. The power of the buying club allows us to buy properties that we couldn't otherwise afford, and make them available to Buyer's Club members at discounts of 50% or more.

Bulk buying in areas recommended by the consensus system has resulted in some real bargains for our members. Our most recent auction was a complete sellout with virtually all buyers walking away with lots assessed at 3 times the auction bids. We'll be adding testimonials from some of our happy customers throughout the site as time permits.

How much does it cost? The regular annual membership cost, with access to both our newsletter and to the private land auctions is $500 annually.

Why do you charge for membership and to bid in the auctions - most auctions are free? It's quite simple actually... it controls the number of 'skips' participating in the auctions. (A skip is someone who bids and never pays). Since we implemented membership payments via credit card, there have been virtually no skips and the auctions run much smoother. It also helps to defray our remote server cost - the site you are now on runs on it's own dedicated server. The auction was moved to it's own server after the (painful) slowdowns that many of you experienced last time.

What do I get for my membership fee? You get to listen to my advice on land investing :-] Seriously, we put out 4 newsletters a year - about half of them talk about types of land investing techniques (Default tax sales, tax liens, etc.) and where to find the appropriate contacts. The remainder cover extensive reports on areas where we think a higher return is likely, and we've found property that we wish to make available to our members. Some auctions have as few as 8 lots available - others may have 50 or more and may be spaced out over a week or more.

	Our newsletter, readable only online with your browser - printable copies in pdf format are $25 each.
	An Access ID to bid in our private auctions.
	Free listings of any property bought at auction for 1 year on the public classifieds (normally $100 / month / listing).
	Discussion Forums of interest to all investors (coming soon).
	Anonymity in the auctions and forums - while we require real information from you when you pay for your membership, your username will be your only identifier from then on, so if your real name is "James Bond", but you'd rather have a username of '007', go for it...
